Rekindling

The ZTD virus has taken over and turned the majority of the population into Zims. Zims are mindless creatures that will stop at nothing to find and devour human flesh. You find yourself in charge of a colony of survivors trying to rebuild society and eventually find the cure to the ZTD virus.

Rekindling is a survivor management game where you must task your survivors with building up a sustainable settlement. Command your survivors to build, farm, mine and fight in our custom game engine built from the ground up!

Harvest the land

Randomly generated worlds each time you play across multiple different biomes. You must collect nearby scraps, rocks and trees to prepare for the Zim attacks that happen each night!

The Survivors are all randomly generated with goals, likes, skills and bad habits. Even the recipe for finding the cure is randomized each time you play.

Online Coop

Want to survive online with your friends? Build your base in online Co-op with a friend in two player Co-op! Work on the same base together and find the cure as a team

Survivor Control

Tired of your survivors not doing what you want them to do? Hop in and control them directly acting as a survivor in the camp! Rekindling also has a game mode called "control mode" where you have a survivor picked from the start that you are locked into controlling for an extra challenge.
